PRIVATE PARTY MENU
The Wreck Menu - 25.00 per person
All entrees are served with mixed vegetables and
choice of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fries, Rice or
Grits and choice of House or Caesar Salad.
Each table will receive fresh baked bread and butter.
Your guests will choose from one of the following options:
Lemon Basil Catch
Fresh fish baked in a lemon basil butter.
Herb Crusted Tilapia
Pan seared and topped with a fire roasted tomato sauce.
Island Chicken
Teriyaki chicken breast topped with a pineapple salsa.
Penne Primavera*
Penne pasta tossed with mixed vegetables and your
choice of marinara or alfredo sauce.
Interchangable Options
Substitute any one of these items for one item above.
Chicken Marsala
Sauteed chicken breast topped with a mushroom
and marsala wine reduction.
Fried Shrimp
Large shrimp lightly dusted in seasoned breading
and fried to a golden brown.
Greek Shrimp
Large shrimp sauteed with garlic, ouzo, feta cheese,
black olives, and a creamy tomato sauce.
Dessert - Keylime Pie
Served with fresh whipped cream and a raspberry sauce.
